We only had 2 hens and a rooster. When the hens dies we bought a full grown hen at our Farm Auction. She looked healthy but had poop stuck to her behind. We thought it was from being in the cage. But when we got her home and looked more closely she actually had an ulcer with insect eggs and larva. We cleaned it up and the ulcer healed but she still has watery poop that sticks to her feathers. We have cleaned her up a few more times but no luck. No ulcers just watery poop. She is very healthy, we feed her pellets and cracked corn and she gets fresh water and gets to roam the yard. What can we do?
